LEVELS OF IFM MODEL:

IFM Model is divided into three independent levels, which are fully complementaries.

The purpose of these levels is to adapt the model to the needs, structure, size and organization of any School or Football Club and facilitate its implementation, management and certification.

The levels are complementary and allow starting at level I to reach level III if it is the intention of the School or Football Club, which allows continuous improvement and organizational growth.

- LEVEL I Argentum: is focused on sports management (Technical and organizational area).

- Level II Aurum: focused on sports management and management (ECONOMICS ITEMS, STRATEGY, KPIS, ETC.). Includes the requirements of Level I Argentum

- LEVEL III Platinum: focused on sports, technical, commercial strategic and marketing management. It includes the requirements of Level I Argentum and Level II Aurum.

IFM Model can be applied in its basic concepts to any sports organization.
